Delivery Policy

At TBAS, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or email from our team. After confirmation, your order will be dispatched promptly.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days within Karachi.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Karachi.
  • Free Standard Delivery: Offered for orders above PKR 4,000.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via COD or credit/debit card.
  • Shipping Limitations: TBAS does not offer international shipping or delivery to cities outside Karachi at this time.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our rider will contact you. You may instruct them to attempt redelivery at another time. Items will only be left with a third party (e.g., neighbor) upon your instruction and once payment is received.

Exchange Policy

  • In original packaging
  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
