Exchange Policy

At TBAS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’d like to exchange an item you’ve received, our team is here to guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Exchange – Karachi Only

  • Timeframe: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation email or invoice, which will be required for processing.
  • Pickup Service: We’ll arrange pickup from your address for eligible exchanges—no need to send anything back yourself.

Valid Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges will only be processed if one of the following applies:

  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The size sent does not match your order.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid reason for exchange must be shared along with your order proof.

Processing Time

Once your request is approved, the exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Return & Refund Policy

At TBAS, we do not offer returns or cash refunds.

If your item meets the exchange conditions, we’ll happily arrange for a replacement. We do not provide any monetary refunds or cash back under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once your order has been prepared for delivery, cancellation will no longer be possible and our exchange policy will apply.

TBAS also reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Technical or pricing errors.
  • Unsuccessful payment.
